RETURN POLICY

Our policy on returns is that of 30 days from delivery (except special order and customized orders).  Returns are accepted on an unused basis in its original packaging for up to 30 days.  You will get a receipt with every purchase and it is important that you save that receipt.  A copy of your original sales receipt will need to be sent with the returned goods.  Please email us prior to your sending the package and receive a return order number from Florida Lacrosse by email.  All sporting goods equipment is warranted by their manufacturer for 1 year.  Factory defects and damage to product during delivery will be handled by the parent company Battle Lacrosse.   Please see the Warranty Policy section below.

If it is an issue of fit, comfort, or not what you are looking for; you may exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days if the items are still in its oriinal packaging and never been used.  We will refund and/or replace, however shipping charges will apply to the replacement goods.  Shipping charges are non refundable.

To return unused item(s), make a copy of your receipt, circle the item you are returning and write at the top of the receipt your reason for the return (i.e. - Return for Refund, Return for Exchange for......)  Please note:  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  We only refund shipping charges if a mistake is made by Battle Lacrosse in processing your order.  If we make a mistake, we will rectify it as soon as possible.

Special order items such as personalized and customized bags and apparell are not refundable.

 WARRANTY INFORMATION

Sticks, Shafts, and Helmets once used are warranted by the Manufacturer.  All Sticks, Shafts, and Helmets sold by Battle Lacrosse carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty.  Do not call or email Florida Lacrosse if you have dented, scratched, or altered the previous listed items.  Call or write the manufacturer below for replacement instructions.  If you need a copy of you receipt, send  the parent company, Battle Lacrosse an e-mail and we will fax or mail one to you for a $3.00 charge.
